Ken and me want to go to Surfers Paradise, but Mark told us that Byron Bay is so much better than Surfers. So we (Ken, Mark and me) drive from Brisbane to Byron Bay. That’s a very small very relaxed town in New South Wales. First thing we do is getting some food at the noodle Box. A small chinese fastfood store with a awesome ordering terminal.
Byron Bay is a good place to Surf so I take some lessons. The windy weather is not that optimal to learn surfing
but I get to know how it works theoretical and practice with Mark and John (Kanadian Guy) in the following days.
In the evening We go out to party in the clubs and bars or hang around with the people at the hostel or at the beach.

The Cheekey Monkeyes offer cheap food (whole meal 5$) and entertainment like Wet-Tshirt contest, Man strip and so on.
Some also have great live Musik at the Beach Hotel close to the Hostel.
at the 4th of Oktober I meet up with Jens. We studied togeather in Cologne.
He’s traveling in Australia for several weeks. I decide to join him on the way up to cains and book exactly the same tours as he did.
The Main Beach hostel has a nice kitchen. Some Italian Guys are so nice to cook some realy awesome italian noodles.
I came home to the hostel one night and found my bed beeing wet.
The guy above me was to drunk and had peed his pants.
Luckiely I meet Sarah. She offert me to sleep in the free bunk bed in her room.
I also meet Burkhard again We spend lot’s of time togeather in Sydney. He’s on his way south togeather with his girlfriend. We had some delicious fast melting Icecream. Cooked some nice pasta in the Hostel kitchen in the evening.
